Santiago Hazim, director of SeNaSa, the state health insurance provider, was in Miami, Florida, USA to inaugurate a new Senasa office. An estimated 200,000 Dominicans live in the state of Florida.

WEBSep 7, 2021 · Remember to fill out your e-ticket form to travel to and from the DR. The Migration Agency (DGM) has consolidated Migration, Customs and new Public Health forms in one, the e-ticket. This electronic ticket is required for the entry and exit of the Dominican Republic. It is obligatory as of 1 September 2021. The form is relatively easy to fill out.

This digital form will replace the paper forms used at present. From 29 November until 1 January 2021 paper forms will still be allowed. As of January 2021, the online form will be mandatory and exclusive of use.
EUR86 million for expansion Line 1 of the Santo Domingo Metro
WEBApr 27, 2022 · It approved on Tuesday, 26 April 2022 a loan for EUR86 million to be used to increase the transportation capacity of line 1 of the Santo Domingo Metro. 120 legislators voted in favor, one against and there were 18 abstentions. The Dominican Republic signed the credit agreement with the French Development Agency (AFD) on 9 December 2021.
Arajet flies direct between Kingston and Santo Domingo
