Strictly Come Dancing professional Amy Dowden has marked one year since finishing chemotherapy treatment in an emotional post to social media thanking “those around me who are there for the good, the bad and the ugly”.

Professional dancer Amy Dowden was expected to star in her first series of Strictly Come Dancing since finishing chemotherapy for stage three breast cancer. Recently marking one year since finishing chemotherapy, Dowden was patterned with JSL member JB.
