Black Ops 6 Season 1 has begun! The franchise classic map, Nuketown, just can't catch a break. In the new season, Treyarch added an easter egg to Nuketown that involves all the mannequins that are randomly placed around the map.

There’s a secret Easter egg on Black Ops 6’s Nuketown that turns the mannequins into zombies, but it can only be accessed on one mode.

And mid season there will be a third map added, Citadelle Des Morts, along with a new perk, field upgrade and more. Season 1 for Black Ops 6 lasts for 75 days, concluding at the end of January.

On its second weekend of release, Black Ops 6 is getting its first double XP weekend. You probably guessed that the minute Treyarch announced Nuketown is coming to Black Ops 6 that the game’s first double XP weekend was also going to kick off to coincide with the map’s release. Well, if you did indeed guess that, you’d be correct.

After Nuketown, Treyarch is adding Stakeout 24/7 in Black Ops 6. Starting from tomorrow, November 8, 2024, the map will have a special playlist where players can hop on and enjoy the game.

When it works, the Black Ops 6 campaign is hit or miss for me. On the one hand it can feel like you’ve stepped into a 90s spy movie, with Adler reminding me a lot of Robert Redford’s character from Spy Game.
