The first season of Netflix’s Squid Game introduced viewers to Lee Jung-jae’s Seong Gi-hun, a friendly and talkative man trying to survive the titular deadly game. Squid Game Season 2, however, is set to feature a different Gi-hun — one that is “heavier” and darker.

Sept. 20 (UPI) -- Netflix released another glimpse into the upcoming second season of Squid Game, which premieres Dec. 26. The teaser show s Song Gi-hun, portrayed by Lee Jung-jae, preparing for another round of the deadly game. "We're ready to start the game," says Front Man, portrayed by Lee Byung-hun, in the trailer.
